Features:
Chrome corundum castable is mainly made of high-strength refractory raw materials such as corundum and chromium oxide as aggregate and fine powder, and added with micro powder. The material has the characteristics of good volume stability, high strength, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, no cracking, no peeling, etc.
Chrome corundum castable belongs to the composite corundum castable series. It is a new type of amorphous refractory material that can be used in 2000-degree high-temperature kilns. It can be used in carbon black reactors, coal-water slurry gasifiers, incinerators, smelting furnaces, and steel-making furnaces. It is used in various high-temperature kilns such as glass drawing furnaces and so on. It has good results and has a longer service life than traditional corundum castables.
The main components of chromium corundum castable are aluminum oxide and chromium oxide. These two components can produce a corundum solid solution phase under the action of high temperature. This solid solution phase has obvious high temperature resistance, erosion resistance and wear resistance. It is used in carbon black reactors, ferroalloy kilns, and coal-water slurry gasifiers with good results.
Chromium corundum refractory castable is a castable refractory material with AL2O3 and Cr2O3 as the main components. It is a neutral refractory castable. It is composed of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, and powder in a certain proportion, and a certain amount of binder and additives are added. The material is suitable for pouring construction and molding. During construction, add binder, coagulant and appropriate amount of water, and stir and mix to make a castable with good fluidity. When used, the ratio of coarse, medium and fine aggregates and powders to the binding agent can be adjusted as needed. The binding agents used are pure calcium aluminate cement and phosphoric acid (or aluminum dihydrogen phosphate).

Chrome corundum refractory castable has the characteristics of erosion resistance, corrosion resistance, high load softening temperature (1700℃), easy construction, good masonry density and low cost. It can be used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, building materials, machinery and other industries. Kilns and thermal equipment.

Corundum Mullite Castable
Corundum mullite castable is made from high quality corundum and mullite with micro-powder and additive, widely used for outlet, burner lance, kiln hood and tertiary air duct and grate cooler of cement rotary kilns.
