Clay brick is made of 50 soft clay and 50 hard clay clinker alumina content of 30%-48% refractory products, can resist acid slag and acid gas erosion, the resistance to alkaline substances slightly poor, clay fire brick has good thermal performance, resistance to cold and heat.
Application:
Clay refractory bricks are mainly used in non-ferrous industry, thermal boilers, glass kilns, cement kilns, chemical fertilizer gas furnaces, blast furnaces, hot blast furnaces, coke furnaces, electric furnaces, casting and casting steel bricks.

Features:
The raw materials of low-porosity clay bricks include burnt gem aggregate, soft clay binder, auxiliary materials and additives, etc., after reasonable classification, the raw materials are fully mixed, then formed under high pressure, and sintered at 1400℃. Low porosity clay fire brick has better high temperature volume stability, lower creep rate and better wear resistance.
Application:
Low-porosity clay refractory bricks are used in kilns in the steel, non-ferrous metals, glass and ceramics industries.
