Magnesia chrome bricks are made from sintered magnesia, fused magnesia, and fused magnesia-chrome as raw materials, through high pressure molding, drying and high temperature firing.
Magnesia chrome bricks are featured with high bulk density, good slag resistance, strong erosion resistance, high temperature volume stability, good thermal shock resistance. Magnesia chrome bricks refractoriness is more than 2000℃, its refractoriness under load is generally above 1550℃.
Application:
1.Cement industry: cement rotary kiln burning zone.
2.Metallurgical industry: refining ladle permanent layer, electric furnace top, and other kinds of non-ferrous metal smelting furnace.
3.Others: Lime kiln or other high temperature furnace linings.
Magnesia Chrome brick shapes can be customized according to drawings.
According to the different raw materials used, they are divided into the following categories: direct bonded magnesia chrome bricks, fused rebonded magnesia chrome bricks, and semi rebonded magnesia chrome bricks.Today I will introduce fused rebonded magnesia chrome brick to you.
Fused Rebonded Magnesia Chrome Brick
Features:
Fused rebonded magnesia-chrome brick is a kind of high-grade product made of electrofusion magnesia-chrome spinel as the main raw material, formed by high pressure and sintered at high temperature. It has high temperature resistance, erosion resistance and erosion resistance.
Application:
Cement lime rotary kiln, glass melting furnace, iron smelting furnace, non-ferrous metal smelting furnace, petrochemical hazardous waste incinerator.
