Magnesia chrome bricks are made from sintered magnesia, fused magnesia, and fused magnesia-chrome as raw materials, through high pressure molding, drying and high temperature firing.

Magnesia chrome bricks are featured with high bulk density, good slag resistance, strong erosion resistance, high temperature volume stability, good thermal shock resistance.  Magnesia chrome bricks refractoriness is more than 2000℃, its refractoriness under load is generally above 1550℃.

Application:

1.Cement industry: cement rotary kiln burning zone.

2.Metallurgical industry: refining ladle permanent layer, electric furnace top, and other kinds of non-ferrous metal smelting furnace.

3.Others: Lime kiln or other high temperature furnace linings.

Magnesia Chrome brick shapes can be customized according to drawings.

According to the different raw materials used, they are divided into the following categories: direct bonded magnesia chrome bricks, fused rebonded magnesia chrome bricks, and  semi rebonded magnesia chrome bricks.Today I will introduce direct bonded magnesia chrome brick to you.

Semi Rebonded Magnesia Chrome Brick

Features:

Semi Rebonded magnesia chrome brick is a kind of product with good corrosion resistance and spalling resistance, which is made of magnesia chrome spinel, high purity magnesia, high purity concentrate and composite high temperature toughening agent synthesized by electromelting method through high pressure molding and high temperature sintering

Application:

In the iron and steel industry, it is used in the lining of the furnace shell, the top of the furnace, the surrounding parts, etc;

In the glass, ceramic, cement industry, used in high temperature heat treatment furnace, kiln;

In the chemical industry, used in reducing oxygen furnaces;

In petrochemical plants, used in high-temperature reactors.
