As the high temperature zone of the whole furnace body,the top of heating furnace is the most easily damaged area of refractory materials.Therefore,it is the key to improve the service life of furnace top and reduce the times of furnace shutdown and maintenance.
The top structure of heating furnace mainly refers to the top refractory structure(including furnace top insulation layer)and its hanging structure and heat insulation part.It is an important factor affecting the service life of furnace top.Reasonable furnace top structure can prolong the service life of furnace top,improve working conditions and reduce furnace consumption.
As the refractory used in heating furnace, it should meet the following four requirements:safety and reliability, economy,long life,heat preservation and energy saving,and light structure.
After years of R &D and on-site use,our company has not only the advantages of moderate bulk density, good thermal shock stability and high density,but also high low-temperature strength and medium high- temperature strength. Especially in the range of 800-1200 ℃,the strength of prefabricated parts increases with the increase of temperature, avoiding the common products in this temperature range The problem of strength reduction improves the service life.
