Today, a group of Korean customers visited our factory to specifically observe the production process and product performance of furnace bricks used in glass kilns. After a brief exchange of pleasantries, our technical staff guided the clients to the production workshop. During the tour, our technical staff provided a detailed introduction to the product advantages in English, emphasizing that our furnace bricks are made from high-quality bauxite and zircon composite materials, achieving a refractoriness of 1770°C-2000°C, meeting ISO9001 certification standards, and possessing both high strength and excellent thermal insulation, effectively extending the service life of glass kilns and reducing maintenance costs.
The clients carefully examined key processes such as raw material selection and high-temperature sintering, closely observed furnace brick samples, and raised questions regarding product corrosion resistance and dimensional accuracy.
