1. Cement rotary kiln lining

2. Cement kiln pre-decomposition system

The pre-decomposition system of cement kiln includes preheater, decomposition furnace and so on. In the preheater, high alumina brick can be used for the lining of all levels of cyclone. Due to the fast airflow speed in the preheater, high material concentration and containing a certain amount of alkali, chlorine, sulfur and other harmful components, the dense structure and erosion resistance of high alumina brick can effectively resist the erosion and erosion of these harmful substances and material particles, prevent the premature appearance of crust phenomenon, maintain good ventilation and heat exchange efficiency in the preheater, and ensure that the cement raw material can be fully preheated and decomposed. 3. Cement kiln cooling machine

Cement kiln coolers such as grate coolers, in the cooling process of cement clinker, its interior also needs high temperature and wear resistant lining materials. High alumina brick can be used in the high temperature area and some key parts of the grate cooling machine. In the high temperature area, the high alumina brick can withstand the high temperature radiation of the clinker waste heat and the friction of the clinker particles, and its good thermal stability helps to maintain the integrity of the cooling machine lining structure and prevent the failure of the lining due to local overheating or wear. At the same time, the use of high alumina bricks can reduce the air leakage phenomenon inside the cooling machine, improve the cooling efficiency, and then affect the cooling effect of cement clinker and the quality of subsequent cement products, and reduce the maintenance cost and energy consumption of the cooling machine, and provide strong support for the energy saving and stable operation of cement production.
