Superior high-temperature resistance and thermal stability. Aluminum bricks are made from bauxite and can withstand long-term operating conditions of 800-1250 degrees Celsius.

Excellent thermal shock resistance effectively resists the stress generated by frequent furnace temperature fluctuations. They are less prone to cracking and detachment.

Differentiated requirements for different parts of the furnace:

Furnace walls and roof: Aluminum bricks with 65% aluminum content are used, offering high cost-effectiveness and wide applicability.

The trolley working surface and burner: use 75% alumina bricks. These offer strong wear resistance and high-temperature resistance.

Low-temperature backing: uses lightweight, high-alumina insulating bricks, providing both insulation and energy-saving effects.
